Did Anyone Else Have the Z Gorgeous Hands - Hand Poses for Genesis 8 Female VANISH or others???

I've worked with DAZ for over two years. The weirdest thing is a texture stops working... but I opened my program today and gone from my payments, my program, everything is the Z Gorgeous Hands - Hand Poses for Genesis 8 Female. I submitted a ticket, but how? I use the set almost every single day for work, and it just VANISHED. How does a product yeet itself out of everything like that? The male one still shows and works but??? I am really confused. I always type "hand" in my pose search, pick a hand, and etc. But they are just GONE. Is this a thing???

You sure it's completely gone from your Library? If you normally use Smart Content and typing "Hand" doesn't bring them up, perhaps the metadata got messed up somehow. Are the files there for you under the Content Tab? (According to the file list the poses should be in the Content Tab under People >> Genesis 8 Female >> Hands >> Z Gorgeous Hands). Are they not there for you?
