Solved. Thanks Chatjd. SubD 4 with Finest tears not working.

I was halfway thru a support ticket for an answer or a refund, when I thought why not reach out for help in the forum. I have plentiful tears and thanks to the guide, I have no problem making mascara drip down my character's face, but for the life of me, regardless of SubD levels 4 or whatever, I cannot get The finest Tears HD to work. Looked for a guide, found none, so any guidance would be greatfully appreciated.

    Did you see this on the item page:

       Mandatory requirement for working with this product:
       Genesis 8 Female Eyelashes > Mesh Resolution > Viev SubD Level 4.

       The morphs are located in Parameters > Genesis 8 Female Eyelashes > Actor > Head > Face > The Finest Tears HD

    Looks like the SubD needs to be on the eyelashes, not on the Genesis 8 Female.

    Thanks I'll try that again maybe I didn't have the eyelashes seland edit the title to solved if it works.
