Question about Sun environment

I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this already, but it never hurts to confirm. There's no way to apply an image (such as an HDRI or other sky texture) to the dome that is generated when the Sun/Sky environment is in use (whenever Dome is the selected lighting and no HDRI is used), correct? I'd like to use the Sun light with a dome that has clouds, but unless I missed something, it doesn't seem possible. Is that right? Thanks for any information.

Thanks, I will try my interior/section plane camera with a skydome and see if that works.
