Website and paypal check out issues

Over the last two weeks I've noticed various website problems happening. Most recently this week when trying to check out using paypal. I've submitted two tickets this week, one for another problem last week. Hopefully both problems this week will resolve today. Is there another post that is discussing the current problem and possibly a timeline of when it might be fixed? I used to shop here almost daily but the last four weeks have had me greatly reduce my number of purchases due to the problems and not getting check out to complete. I'm using the most current version of firefox. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I don't think it's your browser, pretty certain it's the store. They're working on changing over to new store software so hopefully it gets fixed soon. Meanwhile, I'll just put things on my wishlist instead of in the cart.
So it's not just me! I finally run out of gift card balance and was trying to pay with Paypal, but getting constant error in two different browsers. All I could figure out that it probably has something to do with redirect.
No, it's not just you. There seems to be a problem with PayPal today.
That's a shame. There have been about at least 6 to 8 purchases that got goofed up. Four I gave up on due to repeated frustration with the website. I'm still hoping for one purchase to go through. The sale completion page doesn't load. Last week I had trouble with the website not staying logged on. It kept logging off as I was trying to make purchases. I understand internet outages due to storm damage and lots of phone, power, and telecom lines being down. Still this was going on even last week. I've not had troubles elsewhere. Would be nice if there was a sticky thread somewhere to refer to about website updating. I am seeing a lot of websites talking and warning about doing server updates these last few days of August. Thank you all for the responses.
Please open a support ticket with details (and a screen shot of your cart, so they can see what you should have paid).
Hi Richard, thanks for your reply. I submitted two tickets. One yesterday, and one today. I was able to resolve the issue today myself. Paypal refunded me on both errors. I got things done but am not a happy camper. As paypal resolved both issues I closed both tickets. Both describe the problems that were occurring.
Have the same error. I think I paid 4 times. I opened a ticket. Maybe paypal will solve it.

What did you have in your cart? Sometimes a product name sounds like something Paypal bans because it sounds like a drug or something illegal. And even if you call them and explain it’s a 3D asset, they refuse to let the payment go through.
I used Visa with no problem it's something with paypal from either this site or on thier end
not only that. my bank is also charging me just to convert dollars to euros!
anyway I had the same issue, talked with support, made a different order for different stuff and after a successfull process now the items are not showing up in DIM! :(
The worst part is money is already deducted TWICE as per SMS alert.

However my bank do not charge because Paypal do it all, it collect equivalent local currency from bank (with tax), paypal convert it and finally paypal pay it. Very convenient.
Same error message here. The transaction also has status pending
Paypal did a refund and the money is back on my account.

What was in your cart? Though I have a stuck PayPal payment on another site this morning, so it may be a problem on their end anyway.
I don't think it's Paypal. I had a Rendo pruchase go right through. It's coming back to Daz after the payment that's hung up for me.
I had this once this weekend, and it was on a relatively big cart (28 items or so).
The workaround that sometimes works for me, is, to buy only a giftcard, nothing else in the cart, and use that giftcart to make purchases.
This circumvents two possible causes for payments not going through:
1. Products containing Paypal-banned naming conventions
2. Too big shopping carts, which I suspect may occasionally cause a time-out on the return page at Daz.
There's actually quite a bit of messaging back and forth between Paypal and Daz before a purchase actually succeeds, the final part is when get sent back to the Daz page, that a message will go from Daz to Paypal to acknowledge that they were expecting a payment and accepting it, upon which Paypal will send a message back to Daz again to say they moved the money to their account. The part that seems to give time-outs these days, is the part where Daz is supposed to tell Paypal that they will accept the payment. Which is what causes Paypal to put the payment on hold.

This morning I had 2 items in my card: (dForce LongFlip Hair for Genesis 8 Female(s), Sweet Apartment).
I tried it again and now Daz3d transactions end with a "thank you for using Paypal, you can now close this tab" screen. no order in my account and my paypal balance is unchanged. Also did another paypal payment today (not at Daz3d) and that went fine.
Unless I am really out of touch on street slang that looks harmless.

I finally tried with Amazon pay. It deducted less than Paypal but I need to wait and watch for fees Bank will slap to my debit card. I tried with debit card insted of credit card because debit cards do not usually charage extra after transaction but I will know within few days.
