Daz3D unusable Viewport performance

So, i have been searching around and just can't find any real solid information on view port performance. I'm only posting here because I'm just tired of searching . I have played with just about all the settings I can find in Daz, and in the nVIdia Control pannel. Even with the veiwport in bounding box mode rotating a character takes 4-5 seconds. Drivers and Software are up to date.
System specs are...
Ryzen 9 3950x
32GB of Ram @ 3200
RTX 2070 & GTX970

If you have an Intel CPU/GPU combination make sure that DS is set to use the nVidia GPU - the option should be in the nVidia Control Panel.
How big is your content library? The bigger the library, the slower Daz becomes, especially when it comes to posing & morphing.
(sidenote: A really useful feature would be some sort of "remove dependencies" or "freeze scene" function. i.e., The ability to temporarily remove all unused morph sliders from a scene to improve performance.)
I use a 970 to drive 3 x 1440p monitors; it does struggle slightly at times, but Studio is normally ok.
What is your monitor(s) and what is driving it/them?
Moved to Daz Studio Discussion, assuming from the first post that that is the viewport in question.
I came across this looking for something else and had forgoten all about this post. Turned out I had a Meshsmoothing modfier for collision that I thought was off that was actually on bogging everything down. Just wanted to update this incase anyone else came across this having a similar problems.
Make sure you don't have Interactive Update turned on for smoothing,
Are you using dForce compoments by any chance? It's been my experience that those can also severely limit your "posing performance", even if you have a high end PC. I can't rule out the possibility that I have been using it wrong, but even so: after I had applied dForce hair to my scenery I suddenly had the exact same situation: posing became nearly impossible.
