Help to identify assets used in this picture

Could anyone give me an assist on identifying the assets used in this image (not the background) I am trying to do a fan recreate of this character.

Probably a dial spun (at least partially) for the character.

The skin texture doesn't have any obvious blemishes so any texture without them, and then tweak the settings.

I like how the bikini looks reasonably natural; it doesn't follow the contours of the body, which many do - including dForce offerings. It perhaps should have drooped slightly, but depends on the cloth type I s'pose.

Would you happen to know the character she is based on, I have a few candidates but as you say I will probably need to fiddle with setting until I can get it really nailed down, any help would really be appreciated on locating the base character
