Saved scenes

Hi, Mike here. New user. Saved some scenes. Bought new model. Problems installing it. Screen said something about needing latest version of Daz. Installed it. All my saved scenes are gone from C:\Users\Owner\Documents\DAZ 3D\Studio\My Library\Scenes. Any ideas what I did wrong? Other softwares I use don't mess with your data when reinstalling or updating software versions.

    DS doesn't mess with your data when reinstalling or updating.

    When you say your scenes are hone, do you mean they're actually gone from the folder on drive, or that you don't find them anymore in DS?

    Hi Leana,

    Thank you for the quick response. I mean they are gone from that folder, and I can't remember changing the location to which they are saved. And in case I did, I have searched everywhere that might be with no luck.

    No idea why they're gone, but I've used DS since the first public beta many years ago and have never seen it remove your own files.

    If they were just not found in DS that could be a settings change coming from the updade, but removing saved files on disk is not someting an update would do.
