Recently purchased assets not downloading?

Hi,

So I recently purchased some models from the DAZ store and they arnt showing up in either DAZ Cantral or the studio downloader. 

They wont load if I click on them from my order confirmnation or anything

I have opened a ticket but thought I would ask here in case anyone has experienced something similar and knows whats happening?

    A few people are reporting orders missing in DIM today. Hopefully it will be fixed quickly.

    Yeah, same here picked up some stuff today and although it shows in the product library it doesn't appear in either the Install Manager or Daz Central.

    Yes, I am having the same issue.

    Similar issue - they do show up in Install Manager, but the download fails instantly. DIM's log file shows a 404 error for each attempted download.

    My purchases are still not appearing, seems to be afecting a few others as well as there are a couple of other similar threads.  I've raised a ticket.
