I buy bob hair, get a hd add-on and anothet file, pay, order successful , want to download and install via install manager and ... nada.

tried four times, then got a pop-up whether I want to save the page or so, but no option to create a que anymore...

please ... I cannot sit here and keep on trying to get what I paid for...

How are you trying to download?

Try using DIM, much more reliable than the others imo, and if that fails, try manual download.

Post in the specific Sales issue thread; the mods closely monitor that and raise issues; random posts can get missed.

Oh and help thread titles are more likely to get folks responding; I nearly didn't bother even looking.
