Is there anything in H2 that has the same functionality as D-Former in Daz Studio?

I have not been able to figure out how to gradually deform a surface centered on one vertex, edge, or face with a specifiable, smoothly varying zone of influence. Essentially like the D-former in Daz Studio 4.6 Pro. Would someone be so kind as to post an explanation of how to do so.

Why not, you may ask, just use the deformers in Daz Studio? Well, because I want to tweak the Victoria 6 HD mesh. Apparently deformers must be applied to one of the Genesis bases. That's fine but I could find no way then to apply the result to Vicki. To do so, I bought Hexagon 2.

On the right side, at the bottom of the Properties theres the Soft selection with changeable radius and softness . Click on the little box to activate it.
