There's also a low-resolution mesh here and some hand poses for keying chords at 'Rosity. The EULA on the hand-poses is a little unclear, though.

I didn't have the hand poses on the list - thanks for pointing them out.

Most Digital Creations has some free piano-related poses (Set 1, Set 2) and a grand piano model (not free).

On inspection, it looks as if the young lady in the pose sets is not so much playing the piano as draping herself seductively over it, but I guess everybody has their own way of relaxing between sonatas.

There is a piano included in the Ballroom Expansion Pack 1, and there are also some poses for M4 and V4 with Ness Period Reproductions' Harpsichord.
