I apologize, I kinda just dived into DAZ recently.
I'm trying to make some experimental skins for the genesis model 3. I made sure the texture was totally seamless but its showing seams on the legs. I'm sure its because its the way it wraps around the model.
I applied it by the Base Color option with the whole model selected. I messed with the tile offset options but I couldent ever get it to line up.
Does anyone have any idea what I have to do?

What do you mean by seamless? Applied to an image in general it means you can joint the edge to edge without a break, it doesn't mean that an arbitrary section out of the image will join to another cleanly.
Seamless texture or not, you'll never get them to line up properly by just placing it in the surfaces and adjusting the horizontal/vertical attributes(tiles/offset). The texture needs to be edited to correspond to the UV map of the model to which it is being applied in order to achieve the effect that you're looking for. An example of what some individuals use to do this would be a 3D art program called "Substance Painter", albeit an expensive one, but there's probably a few free ones out there that allow you to do the same thing.
