Daz Studio Help

Hello, I recently download DAZ Studio and purchased some models on here. it says that it was installed but when I click on it (ex- Brodie 6), it says these following files could not be found : 

data/daz 3d/genesis 2/male/genesis2male.dsf
data/daz 3d/genesis 2/male/morphs/daz 3d/base/pbmnavel.dsf
data/daz 3d/genesis 2/male/uv sets/daz 3d/base/base male.dsf

and the figure appears as a bunch of blocks. 

I've uninstalled all the 3rd party content and uninstalled and reinstalled Daz 3 times

 

I also have Genesis Starter and Genesis 2,3, & 8's starter essentials installed as well

 

Any help is appreciated!
