DAZ Studio 4.12 Pro - OGV movie render option?

Is there a way to render movies in OGV format instead of AVI? I would like to not rely on third party converters and stream line my work flow a little more by direct rendering in OGV.

    Render to an image sequence - it's good practice anyway - and turn those into an aniamtion in the desired format afterwards.

    goodluck,

    I have trouble even getting an uncompressed AVI to even encode successfully

    on any of my computers hence my using image series

    not just D|S, Carrara and Poser as well

    only Blender and iClone happily render me any video formats ( and most of them at that)

    D|S it is particulary frustrating as it can be hours if not a day's work wasted if I don't grab the images from application data roaming before encoding in case

    It is easy to create AVI videos using VirtualDub, which is free.  What I do is render out an image series.  Then I drag and drop the first image in the series into VirtualDub and the entire sequence is loaded automatically.  Then I set the frame rate and set compression to Xvid or Divx, depending on which codec you have installed and then I save it out as an AVI video.
