Using products in Poser Pro 2014 Without the DSON Exporter

So I just accidentally bought this product and it doesn't have DSON files for Poser. Before I take advantage of DAZ's amazing return policy, can someone let me know if there's a way I can still load it into Poser?

It says on the Product Page:

•This product includes: ◦1 DSON Core Installer

Are you saying that you didn't get that? Do you have the free DSON importer for Poser?

The core installer is not the same as the DSON installer for Poser, I think. At the bottom, it says DAZ Studio 4.6 only and when they have DSON installers for Poser, it says that it specifically works with Poser. This product did not come with Poser files, only DAZ files, so the DSON Core Installer must be for DAZ Studio only.

The DSON files are for DAZ Studio - the DSON Importer for Poser allows some DSON files to be opened in Poser, the PoserCF files provide the needed files to make them available in the Poser libraries (and often Poser material settings too). So DSON isn't what you should look for, it's Poser Companion Files that are important (you can use Dimension3D's free script to send any .duf file to the importer, without needing a Poser CF, and it might be worth trying that here since you've already purchased the product though you will have to rework the materials at least, and some items simply won't work in Poser).

Thanks. This is very helpful information. Will try this fix before I submit a refund request.
