Problema. No me reconoce la cuenta

Buenos días. Instalé el programa y en la pantalla de ingreso pongo el mail, la contraseña y no me la reconoce. Me dice "The email and/or password you entered did not match our records. Please, double-check and try again"

Mi contraseña tiene más de 7 letras, letras mayúsculas, minúsculas y números. Probé agregando símbolos, que no tenga ningún parecido con mi usuario, ni secuencias lógicas, así y todo me sigue diciendo lo mismo.

Al que pueda ayudarme gracias de antemano

    Logré instalar el programa usando el install manager. Tuve que intentar varias veces porque excepto unas 4 o 5 veces no me reconocía la cuenta y me dejaba hacer la descarga de a poco. Ahora puedo entrar al programa, pero sin conexión, no me acepta para registrar la cuenta.
    ¿Alguien sabe cómo hacer para poder registrar la cuenta? Nunca me llegó un mail de confirmación

    If you can post to this forum, then you already have an account. In the Install Manager, did you create an account (a local name for you to use) that has the same e-mail address that you use with the DAZ site?

    Advanced Settings - Accounts: Name and Email - this is a list of Install Manager accounts. To add a new one, click the (+) sign in the bottom left corner. Add a name, any name you like, and the same email address as you use on the DAZ site. Accept when completed. There is no additional confirmation required, at least not that I remember, it has been a very long time. wink

    When logging in to Install Manager, use the proper account from the list and enter your password. You have the option of saving the password (Remember Me) or not. Good luck!

    (Using translator) Thanks for your answer NorthOf45. I have used the same account on the DAZ site and in the Installer Manager. He never sent me an email to activate the account. Occasionally it works and allows me to download content, but today I was more than 40 minutes trying and nothing.

    Sorry, did not see the reply... You should contact Customer Services to see what is wrong. Follow the Help link from any main site page to submit a ticket under Contact Us, but be patient. Don't give up! Someone else might know how to fix it, but the forum is mostly users like you, and some moderators (who really do know their stuff).

    ¿Con qué estás tratando de bajar el contenido? ¿con el DIM o directamente con DAZ Studio?

    hola no puedo conectar daz 3d studio , no me reconoce la cuenta.
