looking for some raggedy clothing

It's easy to find a bikini in tatters or scratched-up armour, but finding everyday clothing in rags, as if someone has been through a fight, say pajama pants and a t-shirt, is near impossible ... y'all know of any?

you also have the option to use this  product for using on any outfit  im in the middle of a render using it  will post when i have it ;)

You can manually load the opacity maps in 3delight without much issue. There used to be a similar shader pack specifically for 3delight called rag-erator, but the maps are much smaller and may not work that well with modern textures (and it seems to have vanished from the store).

Still, Deviney has this pack, which should allow you to do much of what you need. Also, I am pretty sure if you look for "zombie" or "survivor" in the store you will find a few items that may fit your criteria.

Brill renders  really shows  of  how to use the shaders  correctly heres  my attempt  a bit cleaner version than your  durty and blood spattered  ;)
