Why is the PA festival discounts not working?

I've been waiting for a few days now to get this fixed but nothing happens. The 'Still New' discount is not working,

This is what it offers:

That is - 50% if you purchase two items.
But I'm not getting that kind of discount in my cart:

Then - on another note - in earlier sales, New and Still New combined, so that you could bux f.i one NEW and one STILL NEW and still get the 50% discount. (So the ultra scenery would've been 12.3 instead of 14.95)  Why is this not the case with this sale?

The fact that the offers now disappear the next day before they even work as advertised already saved me hundreds of bucks during the last days because for several days in a row now I ended up discarding the whole card the next morning before I even had a chance to buy at the advertised conditions.

It is kind of a therapy. In a good way, I get used to not to buy a lot of stuff I dont really need just because its discounted low enough to make me think I have to use the occaison.
