Newbie problem - ICON missing

Hi New User forums,
There has been missing icons in the Smart Content library, which wasn't a big issue because they were older products that I'm not using at the moment.
But my recent purchase is showing missing icons as well and now I'm curious why this is. Thanks for the help and information in advance!

How did you install? A lot of gen4 stuff isn't really compatible with Daz Connect, so you'll need to install via DIM or manually to get it working properly. The newer products, it's possible that there were some errors with the files that just haven't been fully sorted out yet.
I only know how to install via Daz Install Manager.
So everything has been installed with DIM. I tried running Daz Connect, but DIM suited me better.
The newer products, I guess I can wait until it gets sorted out.
But still curious with the other 'no icon'. -.-?
So I haven't been able to figure this out yet. Even the newer prducts have this problem and it will not load.
Anyone can help? or should I send in a ticket?
Have you tried uninstalling and rinstalling? If so then yes, please open a ticket. The issue is that, when installing through DS, the files have failed to decrypt properly.
Yes, I tried multiple times uninstalling and reinstalling with DIM and DazCentral and DS, but same result.
I guess I'll have to open a ticket.

I have that same problem, and I have format and install all from 0.
It probably isn't the same problem, but a similar symptom - there is currently an issue with thumbnails when Daz Studio itself goes online, it is being investigated.
Since Friday I have this problem, that when I reinstall everything on my pc, it seems to have spread to all products. The icon of the products package (in the "Products" tab) in "Smart Content" does not appear, it is as if it is missing. Both in those that I have installed and in those that are not installed.
Anyone knows how to solve this?
As I said, it's a known issu and is being investigated. While it is possible to fix it by copying the icon from the /runtim//support/ folder and renaming it, as long as DS doesn't go online to get the bad version (or whatever is happening), it's a lot of work and it might be better simply to wait for a real fix (which will hopefully then supply good thumbnails).
