How do you hide multiple parts of a body, then save this scene as a preset?

Sometimes I want just certain parts of the body to render. For example, just a leg. And at other times, just the torso. Is it possible to have a "hidden" preset and a "non hidden" preset? Thanks!

Edit: I'm also not sure how to activate the preset once it's saved.
