Since 4.10, Frequent App Crash

Ever since I updated to 4.10 and now 4.12, DAZ crashes frequently during tasks like 1 - Moving the camera by Mouse Scroll Wheel, 2 - Loading Clothing, 3 - Duplicating Clothing or Figures.
Why would "KERNELBASE.dll" be causing this ?
