Store credit for price difference

I just bought some items that are on sale today for a lower price. Can I get store credit for the difference? If yes, how do I go about requesting this in the Zen Help Center (must I attach a screen shot of the current price in my cart, or must a buy the same items again and then ask for a refund for the previously bought, same, but higher priced items)?

Depends on the small print on the offers you used to get them.

If there is nothing that states "Cannot be used to obtain discount on previously bought items", then you should be fine.

Yes, price guarantee should work unless the sale specifically states you can't use it purchase a previously owned item at lower price.

Both options should work for the ticket, though for time-limited sales it's usually recommended to purchase them again at a lower price then get a refund on the older one if you can afford it.
