Turbulent Long Hair / styling - blow dials don't work

Just purchased Outoftouch's Turbulent Long Hair. Installed it using DAZ Central. Using DAZ 4.12.  Have used it on multiple figures with the same result;  none of the style or blow selects have any effect at all.  Anyone else having this issue? Know a solution?

    Since the hair sets for Genesis 3 and Genesis 8 come with two different models, it could be that you inadvertently put the Genesis 3 hair on Genesis 8 (or vice versa). If that happens, then the system uses autofit, which generally breaks things like styling dials.

    Since I don't have that set, it was a shot in the dark. You could always submit a ticket to the helpdesk if you haven't already.

    Not only does it have versions for G3 and G8, it also has two versions for both generations;

    "The conforming figures are included in two versions. The A version conforms to the head and neck movement of your figures for standing and portrait poses. The B version is intended to be used with extra dynamic poses and wind styles and only subtly conforms to the figure's movement."

    Which one did you try?
