Thin back hair, How to fix that?

The hair is Matilda Hair for Genesis 8 females.
I've changed iRay Materials and default hair posed, still the same, on viewport looks acceptable.
Photoshop is the ultimate solution?

You could try duplicating the hair.
No! that would cost me another $24.95 USD!!
Load it twice, and adjust the settings (morph, scale) so that it isn't quite lined up and it should help to "thicken" it.
If it is transmapped hair, sometimes this works. Open the trans map in photoshop. Go to Image > adjustments > brightness/contrast and raise the brightness. you can go as high as 150%. If that's not enough, do it twice or more
add a geometry shell and swap or tile horizontally some of the shaders on it if the UV is vertical
