Who is that in the Promo Render?

With the sale on V4 items winding down, I'd love to find out what Character morphs are in the promo renders, and see if they're on sale -

You're not likely tot find the character in Novariens Holy. That looks like Joelgecko's custom character that he never released, but was widely used in promos he worked on.
The closest you'll probably find is the Aquarius morph in his Heavenly Bodies pack. http://www.daz3d.com/heavenly-bodies

Trying to figure out which characters were used is very difficult, especially given the number of V4 characters produced over the years. Some may even be custom morphs. As an alternative, I would suggest the following:

From the main store page, select "People and their stuff -> People" from the categories on the left hand side of the page. Then refine that by the compatible figures category (Victoria 4). Now, at the "sort by" pull-down at the upper right corner of the resultant listings, select "price". That should show you all the V4 characters currently on sale in the first several pages - there are quite a few - and see if there is anything you like.

All the products you ask about are DAZ Originals, so all the promo art will be done by DAZ 3D promo artists, and they do tend to have their own characters which they use for promos, which aren't necessarily in the store.
