Parkside point is partly missing or unwell
Hi
I bought parkside point today as I had previously bought the interior not realising i needed the exterior too.
Anyway having bought it i got the page saying download with daz central and daz central said i see no parkside point.... (this happens quite a bit i noticed)
So i tried Daz installation manager and it agreed what is parkside point?????
Now i started to feel a bit worried
However DAZ studio said i see it lets download it yippee i thought
However it seems to be corrupted encrypted or whatever the icons are all messed up and when you try to load something you get this error

a bit frustrating if i am honest.

In DIM's Download Filters, make sure "Connect Available" is ticked and it will show -- this is one of several products which isn't tagged for DS4.5+, even though to be available using Connect it has to work in DS4.5+.
Uninstall the version installed with Connect and then install using DIM.
Another possibility; there have been random problems lately with files not actually being present on the DAZ download servers. In particular, if DAZ Central is given as the only download method, that doesn't mean all of the others will fail; it means all of them will fail, including DAZ Central — the files are just not there to be downloaded.
Open a support ticket (click on "Help" at the top of this page, then select "Contact Us") to let DAZ know the store software needs a good hard kick. Again.
Hi conect available is ticked its not seeing it at all I can see parkside interior though
I can raise a ticket but i have tickets going back to August that as far as i am concerned are not sorted so support is not frankly on my christmas card list
You could try with downloading from your Product Library:
https://www.daz3d.com/downloader/customer/files#prod_14209
(Ignore that ALL files are called Daz Studio - read the fineprint ... sigh about the "improved recipe" for the product library - don't get me started)
And thanks for the "partly missing or unwell" and obviously not loosing your humour with the problems you had. It made me smile.
well fixmypcmike suggested i check a setting in DIM but it was already set sadly but Parkside point had appeared... but on downloading its still not right i think
So then i thought i would give Keryas suggestion ago and went to the product libray and download the zip
then i had a panic i would mess my daz studio up and chickend out of installing manually and clicked the install manager friendly version
and then it worked thank fudge for that!
Now i need a nap
