can not use the space bar as a shortcut key for toggle pins

I've come across a really weird bug with release 4.12.1.118
For some reason, now I can not use the space bar as a shortcut key for "toggle pins" when using active pose tool anymore.
I assign the space bar key in powerpose but it wont work. Other keys will work for that command if chosen as shortcut key but not space bar.

    You say Active Pose then PowerPose - do you perhaps have the key assigned in the wrong place? If you are in the right-place, have you tried right-clicking and selecting the default shortcut rather than explicitly setting one?

    With this shortcut key setting I can not use the space bar. When i select a bone and hit spacebar nothing happens (it should toggle on and off)

    But if I choose another key eg M key as a shortcut key, then when i select a bone and hit the M key it will work (it will toggle on and off)

    Now heres the strange part,

    using the M key as the chosen shortcut key now the space bar can also be used as well.

    Meaning I can toggle with the M key and space bar keys.Even though the M key is the only key assigned as shortcut.

    .And to make it more stranger,  if clear the shortcut key and have no key button assigned at all, then the spacebar will work = toggle on and off.

    Strange but true.

    I know i said I cant use space bar key but it was actually durring that reply post when i discovered that i could use the space bar by accident even though it wasnt assigned which is why i included that info.

    Maybe the space is hard-coded, so when you also assign it it is applied twice - which leaves the toggle as it was before. Sounds as if it may be worth reporting as a possible bug, please.

    Ok will do Richard but before i do report I am going to download the lastest beta daz and see if this problem is present.

    Is there any way to assign a keyboard shortcut to Translate --> Pin Translation (or Pin Rotation )?

    I searched all catefories of Actions but just couldn't find it.

    It would be more convenient than right clicking for every parts.
