How to backup database?

I've been adding a lot of metadata to some of the older content, is there a way I can back this info up, it would be a shame to loose all the work I've done if windows crashes on me.

I'm on the new postgres database running on windows.

    From the Content Library pane's option menu (the lined button in the top corner, or right-click the pane's tab) select Content DB Maintenance, then check Export User data and Accept. That will write the data to the \Runtime\Support folder, from where you can back it up (the folder shouldn't be huge so it's probably worth backing the whole thing up).
