Gift Card never came

So I buy a gift card during the 28% off sale a couple days ago, and Daz never sends it to me.

Money is spent, it's on the order form, but never sent.

I email them twice, still no reply.

Seemed like their site was acting a little slow that day, so maybe there was a lot of traffic and they are understaffed at the moment? Just a guess.

Anyone else having this problem?

    I've had this numerous times because my exchange server frequently decides that any content with Active X is a security risk and blocks all content.  All you need to do is submit a ticket to sales, with your order number, and explain that you haven't received the email and they can send you the code directly.  It usually takes a day or so, but they've always gotten back to me and fixed it right quick once they do address it.

    Just use Gmail, there is no issue.

    I've had the gift card not turn up, and you must file a ticket. They will provide you with a code.

    Lol...  for me, using anything Google related would be a major issue, but that's not what the OP was asking for.

    I answered to the question "Anyone else having this problem (Gift Card never came) ?" 

    I bought several gift cards this month and I always received 2 emails a few seconds later.

    I've heard about this 2 email thing.  I get my order confirmation and the GC code email immediately, but have never gotten two GC emails.  Is that a Paypal thing?

    Could be - I do use PayPal and I was getting 2 every time.

    However,  I reported it with a ticket and I have only been getting one email since - perhaps it's a DAZ account specific thing?

    bought maybe 30 gift cards, they always arrive within 1-20 minutes, longest time it took was 6 hours. site traffic affects it. using gmail.
