Thank you :)
well for what it's worth, most of the backgrounds for this video I did 11 days ago were rendered in Carrara
because I also used AI and DAZ studio for the foregrounds I did not share it here
I actually use Carrara a lot, the video I am compiling now has some Carrara in it as has a few I did since that one
just not most of them
video
Carrara Octane and Boris ParticleFX
V3 in MFD skirt VWD all hidden leaves replicated on
Nicely done. Enjoyed the music, a plucked instrument but not a banjo?
Cool! You replicated the leaves onto the VWD result? Clever and interesting! Nice effect!
@Wendy
What are you using for lip sync in "Adversaries Meet Once More"? Looks cool!
What an imaginative video! Love it!
I use Balbolka with the Windows 10 TSS but you could use your own voice and processed it with RVC0813Nvidia from this list on some voices I had trained
(just Libravox voices reading stuff prob not strictly ethical)
https://huggingface.co/lj1995/VoiceConversionWebUI/tree/main
it can make me sing any song or sample anyone's voice BTW
separates vocals and music on songs too
this was actually my own script not LLM generated, was tempted
oh and was DAZ studio 32bit lipsync saved as poses
AI LOL https://aitestkitchen.withgoogle.com/ asked for Bardcore set to looping
This Winter I didn't come up with a peculiar, somehow unusual greeting card.
As you can see in the first attachment, it's a quite classic one.
But...
If you still have a pair of red-cyan glasses for the 3D anaglyph images,
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anaglyph_3D
please have a look at the second attachment and let me know if you perceive some tridimensional effect :-)
(even though, given its colours, this is not the most suited image for a red-cyan 3D effect)
Best Wishes to you all
P.S. for the record, I learned how to do the "tinsel letters" from @PhilW's Advanced Carrara Tutorials, while the Christmas tree and the 3D anaglyph method come from Age of Armour tutorials on youtube
Happy Holidays. I don't have 3D glasses but the tinsel looks great.
Second the motion.
Make that a third !!!
Melody getting down in Carrara
Disclaimer some of the backgrounds are Flowscape and one is a Stable Diffusion processed Carrara cloudscape
Melody entirely Carrara Octane rendered with VWD sims on arm fringes
(bit of jumping between Win7 and 10 needed for that, my Carrara in Win10 will not load the VWD bridge extension)
Woohoo !!!
physics
vines and stuff
The vines are amazing!
mostly Martin Frost but a few others, I tend to look for gnarly foliage
Great stuff! I can't keep up with you, Wendy. You are doing these amazing videos faster than I can watch them. I saw your note for the furry about the false copyright crap. Argh.
Happy New Year, everyone! May your 2024 be your best year yet, but not as good as those that will follow.
Cool. I shold really get into that someday ...
Ah yes! Good ol' reliable Mimic! :)
I know I am spamming with silly videos lately
just having a bit of a Carrara renaisance to counteract all the DAZ studio dabbling I have been doing
Forest experiments.
I once experimented with billboards and created a forest. I think it looks realistic. there are just a lot of instances of the plants in reality I only used 12 trees.
Maybe there will be imitators
Billboards can be really handy. I have a set of three with trees and a few small houses, came with another product. I use them to hide the horizon. A small example here starting ~0;49, lower left corner. Way easier than messing with 3D trees.
Thank you all for the nice comments about my greeting card.
Talking about mimic, anyone has a clue why Mimic for carrara is not available anymore?!?!!??
Thornberry
nice :)
Spindly Mushroom video
pure fun as always
Very nice, my kind of environment/flythru. Reminds me of the video game "Doom" which I played several decades ago on my trust IBM (brand) PC.
