Inability to use the Chrome operating system

I am working at a school during the pandemic that has provided me with a Chromebook to use in the classroom. During the time I am there, I would like to use an external drive to download and install files to be used on my Windows system at home. I was able to download DIM and move it to the external drive, but when I tried to run it, I was told it was not compatible with the Chrome book. Any suggestions?

    Daz Studio is a Windows program. Chrome OS is not compatible.

    What you can do is manually download the zip files.
