I keep getting this and now Daz Install fails

Unable to load recent personalized data. Cart contents, product ownership and account information may be incorrect.

It happens a lot when there is a sale, and now the daz install thingy isn't working either, keeps asking for my password. Is DAZ having a bad hair day or is it just me.

    Install manager not recognising my password or my email may internet connection fine.

    The problems just started for me.  Lots of daz smart content missing, but still showing in my product library on the website.

    Can you reset your password in DIM if you have forgotten it?

    The DIM password is the Daz store password (because DIM is just anothe way toa ccess your account).
