First DS crashes in about 2 years

It's been a long time since DS has crashed on me so I was really surprised when it started happening tonight. One particular scene in an animation. A landscape with M4 and V4. Pretty heavy on the textures, although, I have reduced in size what I could. I have a pretty hearty computer system, i7-2600 3.4, 16g ram, Win 7 and have rendered scenes far bigger than this one. The image gets to about 25% and it crashes. Here is the error code:

DAZStudio.exe caused ACCESS_VIOLATION om module "F\Program Files\DAZ 3D\DAZStudio4\dz3delight.dll" at 0033:00000000E6155DA2,Dz3DelightDll::DSlo_DetailtoStr()+2503298 byte(s)

Does this say what the problem is? btw, I am using DS 4.6.3.50 64bit.

    Do a search on Google for "Dz3DelightDll::DSlo_DetailtoStr()" you will see a lot of hits from the DAZ forum (or use the forum search). I skimmed a few of those threads and I didn't see a solution. Some suggest to do a memory test of your computer. I doubt that is memory related as a few users have seen this error before.

    Some got the error you got and rebooted and tried again and it rendered fine: http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/36212/#534336

    You could run the task manager and check to see how much memory DAZ Studio is using for that particular render. I have noticed that when DAZ Studio uses memory it sometimes doesn't let go and memory usage goes up the longer I use it. It could be that you are running out of memory during the render of the animation, or it simply could be something in the scene that it doesn't like.

    Check to see what settings you are using to render, if your bucket size is big, say 48 or more, you could try and use a lower number, the render will use less memory.
