Cart checked out at "original" price.

I justed wanted to checkout with a cart of 33 (think of the work in there) and noticed, that my store credit is suprsingly low.

Checking the account I realized, that two days ago my cart full of discounted items in the end checked out at the "original price" ($250) instead of why I expected after all discounts (a few bucks) ...

Even assuming they properly refund me, this is not funny, also because TODAY I this cannot use the "cheap" store credit (giving me another significant discount an those 33 items) ... Even if I went to buy new gift cards today, I would have to buy another 2 "new release" (had a hard time finding 2 in the first place already) and loose the cart (and the work spent there) ...

Open a support ticket, ideally with a screen shot showing what should have happened (you can add purchased items to the cart using the "Purchased" button on the product page). I had this happen last week and they were quick to fix it.

Oh, didnt know that trick. Still, today the underlying promos are gone, so I cannot reproduce the orginal price anymore :(

But thanks for the advice, will use it next time such a thing happens ...

I'd still open a ticket, though it may take a bit longer to resolve.

Bah. I did open a ticket already four days ago, but have still not received the refund.

Thus, because I ran out of store credit and could not (or did not want without the rebate from the store credit) buy anything, I had to buy a gift card to get more store credit ... but I did not receive the gift card as well. So I filed another ticket.

I am so fed up!

PS: Yes, my email works finde and as a computer science guy I basically know about Spam etc. Every other mail inculding DAZ adverts and confirmations for the tickets finde, just not the store credit ...

Finally got the refund, so all is fine again .. Dammit, I really wanted to buy something yesterday. But there is always another sale!
