problem with the mail at DazCentral

Hi, my problem is quite simple, dazcentral wont let me write "@" and perse wont let me write my mail, i tried by any means, uninstalling it, deleting a certain file, i even tried with a digital keyboard, but none of it worked, does anyone else had this kind of problem?
