    Found one but it's $49: https://www.turbosquid.com/3d-models/stamp-trodat-3d-model/960135

I don't think this one does the date, but it's considerably cheaper: https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-models/industrial/tool/rubber-stamp-square

Here's a regular rubber stamp, if you don't need to see the underside maybe it would work (the bonus is that it's free lol): https://www.sharecg.com/v/83787/browse/5/3D-Model/Rubber-stamp

If you can make due with the regular rubber stamp like the one that 3Diva suggested, you could send it to Hexagon, then add some raised lettering to it.  Just pick some suitable non-serif font (Arial, etc.) and type in what you want, then arrange and size the raised letters so that they can fit on your stamp.

You don't actually need to attach the lettering to the stamp (although you may need to hide the existing lettering if there is any), just parent the lettering to the stamp once you've ported it back to Daz Studio.  This way, you can keep the material zone for the lettering separate, so that you can color it with some ink-ish shader.

It's been a while since I made raised lettering in Hexagon, but as I remember it wasn't that hard.  There was some step you needed to do to 'lock in' the lettering though so that the vertices are hard wired.  Maybe someone else that knows what I'm trying to explain here, and can give a quick step by step...

Hexagon is free now, so no excuses.  You could also use Blender, etc. since we have the Blender bridge now, but I'm not up to speed on Blender.
