What's happening is the is you are getting a flip of the y and possibly z rotate from negative to positive values or vice versa. You need to look at the rotation settings in the parameters tab tab to see what is going on, It's flipping because theTCB interpolation is trying to smooth the curves. If you have keyMate you can switch the interpolation to linear from TCB between the effected keyframes. With graphMate you can constrain the TCB curve so it will not flip. If you have neither of those programs:
If you have a hip and a body you can try rotating one or the other so it will not flip. Make the the rotation values on the parameters tab don't flip
Try using limits 0 - 360 degree limits on the affected rotation.
You can try keyframing at different points or smooth out the curves on your track. If you take out a few keyframes it might not flip.
Let the object flip, create a keyframe on the frame immediately before the flip, and a keframe on the flipped frame (you should have two keyframes right next to each other). Adjust the object on the flipped keyframe to the position identical to the previous frame and continue to animate. The object rotation will be flipped to the opposite value, but it will not be noticeable to the eye.
Lastly there are some animation DS smoothing scripts that will smooth out the curves and could help eliminate the flips.
