Viewport is now white?

I was playing around with some lights (really do not understand them that well so I was trying to learn.)
Now my work area is white instead of grey. Studio must still be using one of the lights I tried or something. I have closed it and opened it back up but
same results. I noticed under "lights" in smart content that it has two or three items that say "Daz default lighting" I haven't tried it because I do not
want to mess it up anymore than I already have. I personally like the way it was with the default lighting because I might mess everything up.

Okay, I tried the Daz Default lights and it didn't do anything.

It was probably white in a scene you loaded. You can change it in Window>Style>Customise Style..., it's the last group of settings on the left.
