Metadata Issue

Or at least I believe it to be a metadata issue. I've installed thousands of products directly from the DAZ smart content interface and never had issue. Today, I installed a new produce the same way as before. No issues, got it into a scene and saved it and everything.

I came back to DAZ later and now products I've owned for ages and had installed simply aren't showing up in my smart content pane no matter what I do. I've tried a variety of different methods I've spotted on the forums and I'm currently at a state where all my icons are greyed out after a database reset. The issue is. Even less of the content I own is showing up now. For example my Render-Settings tab had 54 products before this issue went down and now it's only displaying 39. Going to the website it shows that I still own these products and I'm certain they are still installed but now DAZ just gives me a laundry list of errors when I try to load any scene. Even scenes I've created as recently as today before this all went down.

Other people have reported a problem with smart content "losing" some products today. Daz is aware of the problem and working on it.
