It was near the top of Page 1 when you posted this, has been since midnight (courtesy of another rocky turnover). It's pretty much always on the first page of The Commons these days because people have to use it constantly: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/419986/new-there-s-always-another-sale-report-sales-issue-here#latest
The 404 error was reported several hours ago and DAZ still hasn't done anything about it. You'll need to manually add -1 to the end of the URL to access the tutorial.
The thread that you link to has a link on the last post directing you directly to the new thread As the link is there this thread is being closed.
