Boots/Heels pose for animation

Ok so I have an animation of a woman jogging with boots/heels and I basically want to apply "boots pose" to all the keyframes in the animation but not one by one because I have 900+ keyframes. What I did was use walk/jog animation aniblocks and wasn't too happy with the high heels offset tool so I baked them to studio keyframes. I basically want to apply the same pose to just the feet for every keyframe without doing this one by one. Here's comparison examples:

only think I can think of is a pose preset

and delete all the keyframes below the shin

there are some heel AniBlock animations as well as flatfooted too

Thanks. I was using the aniblocks for high heels walk and jogging, which doesn't have the high heels applied unless I do the offset. However I was able to solve my problem. Now I have another one which I believe is separate from the heels issue.

Now when I have the character running her foot dips below the ground level in some frames which looks pretty bad when moving accross the screen. I will post pics for some feedback. Thanks
