I know, right? He is just adorable. The eyes are Puss 'N Boots right before he pounced on someone. Now WE WANT A DOG TO MATCH!

He's really cute, and definitely has an air of "I'm up to no good" wink

I think he‘s adorable too, but after a second and third glance at the promo pose pictures, I feel like - hm, this kitty sure is not very agile, is it? It doesn‘t curl, it doesn‘t stretch, it moves like a puppy rather, if at all. Sort of stiff, you know? So not catlike at all ... Quite a pity, I don‘t really need another cat that cannot move. Maybe it‘s just that he was posed clumsily? Maybe someone could put up some pictures of different movements? That would be great!

Otherwise it will be a pass for me I‘m afraid. I rather get myself the lovely piglet then, which moves realistically. Although I don‘t strictly NEED a piglet now, either ... well, who does ...

I still desperately need a RABBIT though, no matter how stiff and plushy if it‘s just halfway realistic.  RABBIT RABBIT RABBIT ...(maybe this will work like the sigils on the Albert mansion, summoning one ..).

That's how a cat's eyes are when they pounce/grab. The size are too cartoony for me, but he is great. Nope, we don't want a dog.

I'm probably going to purchase but I wish there were more fur colors. Looks like it only has two, black and bleah.

There's 3 coats - black, what looks almost like "lavender point" (or also lilac point) and the third I can't recall what that is called.

one of the coat colours of moshi looks like my beloved Spaz McGee who I lost about 7 years ago (i still miss her)

Which is probably one of the reasons I have fallen in love with Moshi LOL

I feel like he would be perfect as Alice in Wonderland's Cheshire cat!

  • Moshi looks adorable. Can't buy him at the moment, but Christmas is fast approaching (and Black Friday right before that), so hopefully I'll be able to treat myself to Moshi and Fury by then. Thank you, Hypertaf.

P.S.: If you're reading this, Hypertaf, any chance of us seeing an adorable pygmy goat sometime in the future?

Kittens aren't exactly agile. They're kind of little rolly-polly triangle-butt bricks.

I couldn't resist this little guy either. So here is my test render of the three kitten Moshi actors and their toy, Tora.

I found one thing you need to be alert for, if you decide one of the preset poses is not right, do an undo, then select a new one. I didn't at first on the little one in the outfit and he turned into a knotted mess. Luckily I could back up to the base load pose, then pick another one. And there are a great number of options under actor in Parameters under Actor.

No promises, but I may try to take a stab at creating a Cheshire texture when i get the time. If i get a good result, i will happily share the texture.

    +1 on the rabbit.

I do like this kitty quite a lot. Trying to curb my spending, though. Hmm...

everyone knows cats aren't animals but are in fact sentient liquids

cats are always going to be hard to do until we get built in fluid simulations

(but seriously I dont have him.. yet, but from the pomos it looks about as naturalistic as you can get without something like softbody dynamics. at least kittens don't have nearly as distictive shoulder areas the way adult cats do thats the main area where a lot of animals look really off to me, but I really can't imagine a great way to rig it)

I want that!!!  Those are precious Cheshire cats!!

  • Moshi the Kitten is so cute! He would be perfect for Halloween cards. Such a sweet little kitty! *melts into a puddle of goo* heart
