I'm looking for a full creepy old house with dusty, faded, frayed, moth-eaten, rat-nibbled old furniture. What would you suggest?

 

by "full", i mean a whole house. not just one room

You're unlikely to get that in a single product. It's only one room, but Tesla's Abandoned House is pretty cheap right now. They have other "abandoned" sets with dingy, rotten furniture that you could kitbash into whatever house prop you find to your satisfaction.

Not sure if this is creepy enough, but it is subtle. Kindred Arts did a nice job with Harwood House.

I don't mind kiitbashing. Just need to find enough dingy, moldy, old furniture--couch, armchair, etc, So far, only seen wooden

There's some sets at rendo - old house, old house upper floor and attic and old house exterior by 3-D-C they are older sets now and even originally designed for poser but as the description states load fine into Daz studio. Includes some furniture props etc as well. This thread has inspired me to revisit it actually, I'll see how it looks now (I was impressed couple years back when I got it!)

Not sure. Unity often sells in multiple formats like fbx and obj. i'm not seeing that on this pack's page though

 

Reallusion as that pack too, although pricier, but you can export it to DAZ with the right license.

Amytiville is on offer again tonight, ugh, I don't know what to do its such a beautiful house. Can your computer get haunted by a story, I am sorely tempted but I am also a coward when it comes to that house. Its one of those beautiful architectural dream houses, with a bad history, I don't think I will be treating my self just yet. anyone else tempted.

The bridge goes from DS to unity only.

There's the Modular Mansion series by BlueTreeStudio over at the 'other' site.

It's older and for Poser, but the mats convert easily & well, and it's... awesome! Exactly what you asked for and also has materials for both new and abandoned versions.

I just reread what you said, yes it could be that house or just a nice house.

It went on sale plat for a day today so it was a steal I couldn't resist having that in my collection. You are right, all beautiful houses have some history if they don't some makes it up, especially if they have a creepy basement or a haunted attic xxx
