So you want the chunky heels.  B-Rock's Sexy Leather for Genesis 8 includes a pair that's kind of close, although not amazing.   There are also the Rokkerbootz and Crux Black Rock, but they're more of a one piece sole deal and more contemporary looking. 

There a few morphing heel and other shoes with chunky heels, so if worse comes to worst, maybe kitbash?

oh those are usually called gogo boots  and I made some in Atomic Baby.  Sole isn't as high though
