Abandoned Restaurant

I'm quite interested in [Abandoned Restaurant] this product but was hoping to get some more info from someone who's already bought this before I purchase - I don't want to have to request a refund if it's not suitable...

Specifically, the following info would be great:

1. what's the vram/general resource usage?

2. It mentions 4 doors and 'you also get the empty interior' singular - how many interior spaces are there? One of the promos suggests there might be two... are there upper floors accessible?
