It looks nice, but still far away from the quality of iray renders achievable in Daz Studio.
Is this UHD?
This is the highest quality skin shader I've seen come out of Unity, and trust me I've searched high and low. Whatever changes you made to the dual lobe worked! Is there any way you could release it in its current state?

To enable new skin shaders:
From Main menu, click Daz3D -> Open DazToUnity Bridge window -> select Options tab -> check "Use New Shaders". Then import from Daz model or reimport from existing DTU file.

does that use AXYZ Design for the paths or does Unity have an integrated plugin?
Unreal it seems more complicated using splines so I haven't tried NPCs walking around as of yet let alone on paths, only hand keyed ones with sequencer
I have used for the scene NPC Populator by Clockworks Games.
It uses Unity navigation system
(just mark the meshes, that are walkable in Navigation Mesh).
Then one need to have the humanoid rigged characters
(it is easy to change Daz characters rigging to humanoid in Unity).
The NPCs need to have a collider.
It is enough to add a capsule collider and create a new prefab with it.
These prefabs can then be used to populate scenes, to wander around in the scenes.
One need also to define some waypoints, that directs NPCs where to go.

I like it even better, because of more interesting interactions and look.
I have not succeded to create my own scene with it, yet.

I'll throw this in the mix :) Daz to Unity, optimised for VR and then recorded on a screen while exploring in ENGAGE. Sadly you can never get the true scope of something from VR to 2D, it looks pretty epic in VR.

Somehow VR does not attract me, probably because of the necessity to wear the headset.
I was once or twice in the room with the 360 degrees vision and that was a nice experience for me
because one does not need to wear any special glasses or headset and visuals were really good.

I am amazed by the quality and size of the terrains, I can create in Unity. And all of these are rendered in the real time.
