Product download failed

I just purchased the new Cyberpunk HDRI product. 

It has two files. One of them keeps failing to install.

Is it because the files are named the same? Or is it possibly just too large and is timing out?

I've tried several times.

i have the same problem with popstar outfit and hair for diego & g8m. dim starts the DL, and then fail.

it worked after a few trials & waiting - please delete this comment

I finally was able to download and install the product, only to find out when you try to use it "file not found".

It's just HDRIs so I don't know what the heck could be wrong.

Returning.

Some of the files are installed in the wrong destination folders. This is a known issue and discussed here (including a DIY fix) https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/441972/cyberpunk-hdri-issues/p1

Thanks! I'm just returning the product. The manual fix seems too complicated to me.
