Outoftouch Hair and Glasses won’t download either through DIM or manual download. https://www.daz3d.com/hair-and-glasses-for-genesis-3-and-8-females

Has anyone been able to download it?

    I don't own the product you linked but I'm having problems with other ones like Vagabond clothes and Tiler Shader

    I can't download via DIM and I can't download manually.. and it started 12 hours ago, very annoying

    I bought it a while back and it downloaded fine, and it's really nice.  Downloading's been iffy recently though.

    I downloaded it the other day. But the G8F hair is misidentified as an accessory. It is a bit confusing.

    I was able to download everything else easily but couldn’t download this one thing in DIM or manually...   When I download it manually it gives me a 12kB zip folder that won’t extract but it’s supposed to be 500 MB. DIM refuses to download it, stops after a few seconds and I get download failed every single time after like 100 tries. Everything else downloaded fine. I wonder if they updated it and now it’s corrupted?

    I'm not able to download a 232 MB as well :(
