Newbie question - Multiple accounts

Hi New User forums,

If I have multiple accounts, I assume I can use any products in my accounts freely for my renders.

My questions is, if I only have the 'interactive license' on account A
and somehow messed up my purchase and have the actual product on account B,
do I still have the freedom to use the product for 'interactive' purposes? or do I have to purchase another 'interactive license' for account B?

    I would suggest that you contact CS about the license problem  File a help ticket using the Contact us button which is on the bottom of every page on the site.  Obviously you will want to keep your purchases to one account,  the PC+ one,  as that gives you the maximum benefits. CS may be able to put your license into the same account as the product.  You can only ask.

    Technically  the way the EULA is sert up  you should only use products purchased from one account to render using that account, as the accounts will be treated as separate memberships.

    As regards the Forums,  we do not allow members to post to the forums using more than one account.
