UberEnvironment2 "Sploches"

How do I get rid of these blocks of pixels from my render?

I'm not sure what you mean by blocks but ubeEnvironment has fairly poor quality defaults - especially if it's the main or only light in the scene - so use the quality presets to set it higher or manually adjust the settings beyond where the presets will get you.

I've been doing so, but the results aren't much better, even with added lights.

As for the whole "blocks" thing. I was referring to those giant pixel clusters forming around the arm in the picture.

If you mean that faint checker board pattern, that's the shading rate.
You'll find it the main render settings, the lower the number, means finer the sampling, means longer render time.

Try setting the Occlusion Samples to 70 or higher.
